Kosta Manolas has made his move from Roma to Napoli in a deal worth $41 million.

Manolas, who signed a five-year deal, replaces Raul Albiol in defense. 

Manolas joined Roma in 2014.

Luuk de Jong has moved from PSV to Sevilla in a move valued at $14.2 million.

The 28-year-old scored 32 goals last season for PSV.

De Jong is seen as a potential replacement for Wissam Ben Yedder, who has been linked with a move away from Sevilla.

Atletico Madrid have announced an agreement with left back Renan Lodi.

The 21-year-old, expected to replace Filipe Luis, was signed from Athletico Paranaense.

He has scored 4 goals and provided 8 assists in 49 matches with the Brazilian side.

Chelsea have come to an agreement to permanently sign Mateo Kovacic from Real Madrid.

The final transfer fee is just above $51 million.

The move comes before Chelsea's June 30th transfer ban.

Liverpool have signed center back Sepp van den Berg from PEC Zwolle for $1.6 million.

Van den Berg was signed with an eye towards fast-tracking him into the first team. 

“I’ve seen what kind of players from the academy have grown into the first team. [Klopp] is a great guy and one of the reasons they are successful – and also one of the reasons I came here. I was thinking about [the idea of] training with Virgil [van Dijk]. For me he is the best defender in the world, so I can learn a lot from him," said the defender.

Valencia have officially made a move for Jasper Cillessen.

Cillessen backed up Marc-Andre ter Stegen at Barcelona last season and was looking for more playing time.

Cillessen is Valencia's first transfer of this summer. Neto, last season's starting keeper, could make the move to Barcelona.

Tottenham are close to signing Leeds winger Jack Clarke for $14.5 million.

The 18-year-old Clarke made just 22 appearances and 4 starts at the Championship level.

Everton have purchased Andre Gomes from Barcelona for just over $31 million.

Gomes played for Everton last season on loan.

Gomes signed for Barcelona in 2016, and made 78 appearances with the club before moving to the Premier League.

Quincy Promes moved from Sevilla to Ajax in a $17.8 million transfer move.

Promes moved from Spartak Moscow to La Liga last season.

Promes is the second Sevilla player to switch clubs following Luis Muriel's transfer to Atalanta.

Barcelona have placed a 100 million euro release clause on new right back signing Mike van Beijnen.

The 20-year-old van Beijnen played on the same youth team as Frenkie de Jong.

Van Beijnen will start next season with Barcelona B.
